Join OARC as we review our popular “Understanding Our Law: the FLTCA, 2021 and Residents’ Councils” Tool. This tool was developed to support Residents’ Councils in understanding their full scope of influence as outlined in the FLTCA, 2021 – the legislation governing all long-term care homes in Ontario. This serves as a companion document in support of OARC’s Provisional Agenda and Minute Template, which we reviewed in our December 2023 and January 2024 webinars.
